The Custom Automatic IBC Tote Cage Frame Forming Machine is designed for manufacturing various frame components used in IBC tote cages. Since different cage structures require different dimensions and forming requirements, every machine is customized according to customer drawings, production capacity, and factory layout to provide the most suitable manufacturing solution.
The processing sequence can be configured based on the product design and production requirements. A typical manufacturing process may include automatic loading, primary press forming, secondary press forming, punching, final forming, and automatic unloading. Depending on the product structure, additional processing stations or different station arrangements can also be integrated to achieve the required production efficiency and product quality.
Customized forming dies are developed according to the required frame structure, allowing stable production with consistent product quality.
