The Tube End Forming Machine with Automatic Flange Assembly is designed to streamline tube processing by combining tube end forming and flange installation into one automated production cycle.
Compared with conventional tube end forming machines, this model features an additional flange assembly station equipped with a vibratory bowl feeder for automatic flange orientation and feeding. The system accurately places each flange onto the tube before or after the forming process according to the production sequence.
By eliminating manual flange loading, the machine significantly improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and ensures stable assembly quality. It is ideal for high-volume manufacturing of automotive, HVAC, hydraulic, and industrial tubing components.
